JOHN EBERSOLE

Mr. Ebersole has been with Baver and Bookwalter since 1999.  His practice focuses on Criminal Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning/Probate and Family Law.  He also works with business clients to help find solutions to many business related issues, including business formation and reorganization.  A former Senior Attorney with the United States Government, he is licensed both in Ohio and in North Carolina.

TOM BOOKWALTER    

Mr. Bookwalter has been practicing in the same Miamisburg location since 1977.  He has extensive experience in Estate Planning and Probate, the current focus of his practice.   Additionally Mr. Bookwalter has years of experience in Real Estate, Family, Corporate and Criminal Law.                                                                

JOSHUA LILES

Josh has been with the firm since the spring of 2006, He is a 1997 graduate of West Carrollton High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law.  Josh leads the firm's Bankruptcy practice.  He also has  experience in criminal law, domestic relations and landlord tenant issues.  Josh also handles civil litigation and personal injury cases.    He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

 MELISSA B. EAKIN

Melissa is a graduate from the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, having earned her undergraduate degree from the George Washington University in Washington DC.  Her practice centers on Juvenile and Family law in Montgomery, Warren, Greene Preble, Miami and Darke Counties.  Given her expertise in these areas, she is frequently called upon by the courts to provide legal assistance to those who otherwise would be without a strong legal advocate.  Melissa is also an active participant in the firm's estate planning and civil practices. Melissa is a member of the Ohio Bar and the Dayton Bar Association.
